GastronomiQc Lab first symposium will be held on September 29-30, 2019 at the Centre des Sciences de Montréal.
This scientific activity provides a unique opportunity for students, postdoctoral fellows, research professionals and other symposium participants to showcase their research to professionals from the gastronomy sector, institutional and government stakeholders, as well as fellow students and researchers.
All participants whose research theme is related to sustainable development in gastronomy or food sciences are invited to present a poster or a short oral presentation (approximately 3 minutes) for small audiences of rotating participants. A prize of $ 250 will be awarded to the student poster or presentation selected by the public.
Student's participation to this transfer event will showcase the excellence of the gastronomic sciences research in Quebec and in Canada.
